A conference on "High-tech Support and Economic Integration Action Plan for Coal Mining Industry" by China Union for Mining Innovation

On April 8, China Union for Mining Innovation (CUMI) held the online working conference 2020. The theme of this conference was "High-tech Support and Economic Integration Action Plan for Coal Mining Industry". A total of 168 representatives from 69 Council members of CUMI participated in this conference. Among them, President Manchao He in CSRME and CUMI and other relevant leaders attended this conference. Professor Xiaojie Yang, Secretary-General of CSRME and Executive Vice President of CUMI, chaired this conference. 
 
The construction and development of CUMI over the past five years were reviewed during this Conference. It was stressed that CUMI should focus on high-tech support and economic integration this year.
 
At the end of this Conference, CSRME, China Coal Society (CCS) and CUMI jointly launched an initiative to promote significant breakthroughs in new technologies, new equipment and new materials for the coal mining industry. This initiative also called for opening up channels between scientists and enterprises for technology transfer and achievement transformation.
