Solicitation Announcement on "Frontier Scientific Issues and Major Technical Difficulties in 2020"

Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CSRME) is soliciting frontier scientific issues and major technical difficulties in rock mechanics and rock engineering.

As a part of efforts, we are organizing an event to provide a platform for discussing frontier scientific problems and engineering technical difficulties that play a leading role in the future development of science and technology. In particular, contributions in the following aspects are of significant interests: fundamental research, key generic technology, cutting-edge technology, modern engineering technology, disruptive technology, technology "putting China over a barrel", key directions of scientific and technological research, and technologies to promote sustainable development, with a focus on relevant problems and difficulties in cross/integrated fields. Please note that your abstract is required to contain the title of problem, discipline, key words, problem description (including background, latest progress and significance).
