A Number of Experts From CSRME Ranked among the World's Top 2% Scientists 2020

On October 8, 2020, the World's Top 2% of Scientists 2020 was released by Stanford University. Ten scientists were included in the "Career Influence List (1960-2019) ", including Professor Qihu Qian, Manchao He, Xia-ting Feng, Chunhe Yang, Shucai Li, Chunan Tang, Hehua Zhu, Xibing Li. Nineteen scientists were included in the "Annual Influence List (2019)", including Professor Qihu Qian, Manchao He, Xia-ting Feng, Shucai Li, Yueping Yin, Chuangbing Zhou, Chunan Tang, Hehua Zhu and Xibing Li. In addition, some "Young talents" of CSRME, including Professor Zhihong Zhao, Longjun Dong and Dan Ma , were also selected into the "Annual Influence List (2019)". More than 30 scientists from the CSRME were selected, accounting for more than 20% of the selected number in China.

The World's Top 2% Scientists 2020 was a list selected from nearly 7 million scientists. This list was divided into 22 fields and 176 subdisciplines, covering a total of about 160,000 renowned scientists from various fields. The list was divided into two categories: the Career Influence List (1960-2019) and the Science Influence List (2019).
